Tessa Seers[]
Tessa Seers was a young woman from Sioux City, Iowa. She was romantically involved with a boy named Greg Randall. Randall had cheated on Tessa with another woman named Ruby Morris. Tessa then learned that she was also pregnant with Greg's child. Tessa murdered Greg at Lake Okobogee and buried him in a shallow grave not far from the lake. She likely would have murdered Ruby as well, but Ruby found herself with troubles of her own when she was abducted by unknown, possibly even alien forces. Tessa knew that the FBI were investigating Ruby's disappearance and she tried to steer attention away from herself by talking to Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, claiming that it was Ruby who was pregnant with Greg's child and that she may have run off with him. Mulder and Scully eventually found Greg's body and deduced that Tessa had murdered him. She was arrested soon after. (XF: Conduit)
