3rd man in Blevins' office[]
This unidentified individual was a middle-aged male with graying hair and eyeglasses. He worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was a colleague, or perhaps even a subordinate of Section Chief Scott Blevins. In 1993, this man attended a meeting in Blevins' office along with the mysterious cigarette smoking man to interview a new recruit to the field office, Dana Scully. The man sat to Blevins' right as he told Scully that the Bureau wanted to partner her up with a rather unorthodox agent named Fox Mulder and to submit an analysis of Mulder's work, particularly as to how it related to cases of unexplained phenomena. This man did not speak a word during the entire meeting. (XF: Pilot)
4th man[]
The fourth man was an unidentified male individual. It may refer to one of the NSA agents under Holtzman who raided the home of Darlene Morris after her son Kevin intercepted classified satellite transmissions. Conversely, it may also refer to one of the men at the biker bar that Fox Mulder visits when looking to find information about paranormal phenomena taking place at Lake Okobogee. (XF: Conduit)
