Description[]
The X-Factor uniforms were first employed when X-Factor was first established, and operated under the ruse of being a mutant hunting response team. In fact, the members were actually mutants themselves and were the original members of the X-Men. To maintain the cover identity, their outfits were fashioned in a utilitarian style with loose-fitting light blue tunics and pants with white accents, as well as white boots and belts. Accommodations were made to account for specific requirements to maintain their disguise. As such, team member Warren Worthington, III always wore a large backpack that appeared to be a battery pack of some kind. This was done in order to disguise his avian wings. Scott Summers was required to wear large ruby quartz goggles in order to contain his mutant optic blasts. As such, all of the team member wore large sunglasses to retain uniformity.
