"A Matter of Honor" is the story title to the thirty-seventh issue of the first volume of the American superhero comic book series X-Factor published by Marvel Comics. It was written by Louise Simonson and illustrated by her husband Walt Simonson, who also composed the cover art illustration for this issue. It was inked by Bob Wiacek with coloring by Petra Scotese and lettering by Joe Rosen. The story was edited by Bob Harras with Daryl Edelman as assistant editor. This issue shipped with a February, 1989 cover date and carries a cover price of $1.00 per copy (US), 1.25 CAD (Canada) and .50 GBP (UK).
