Worldkillers are a fictional group of alien biological weapons featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They first appeared in the form of a character named Reign in Supergirl, Volume 6 #5 in March, 2012. They first appeared as a collective group in Supergirl, Volume 6 #6. On the CW Network television series Supergirl, the character of Samantha Arias became Reign in the season three episode, "Wake Up", where she was identified as a Worldkiller.
