Woodhaven is a fictional town featured in the WolfCop film series. It is the main setting for the films and first appeared in the WolfCop feature film in 2014. Woodhaven is a small town located in the province of Saskatchewan in Canada. The mayor of the town was a middle-aged woman named Bradley, who was running for re-election against a young mayoral hopeful named Terry Wallace. Woodhaven suffered from a rash of bizarre crimes perpetuated by a gang known as the Piggies. The town was also under the influence of a pagan cult of shape-shifters, led by an ancient being who went by the name of Jessica. Jessica and her cult were responsible for placing a curse upon alcoholic sheriff's deputy Lou Garou, transforming him into the righteous WolfCop.
Points of Interest[]
- Garou residence
- The Garou residence was the home of alcoholic cop Lou Garou. It was house number 251 on an unidentified street. Because Lou was often on a bender, the house was not kept in the cleanest of conditions. He was known to bring home "trashy women" who would stay the night. Lou conveniently forgot about them the following morning, as he stumbled out of his house with a hangover.
- Liquor Donuts
- Liquor Donuts was a business located in the town of Woodhaven in Saskatchewan, Canada. Presumably, they sold liquor and doughnuts, which is an odd combination to be sure. Liquor Donuts was one of several businesses whose establishments were raided by the dreaded Piggies gang. Conspiracy theorist Willie Higgins had an opened box of Liquor Donuts in his home.
- TnT Gun Works
- Fully known as TnT Gun Works and Sporting Goods, this was an ideal place to pick up whatever hunting or survival weaponry one might require at any given moment. It was owned by a man named Willie Higgins and was filled with various deer heads and other stuffed animals. Police officer Lou Garou visited TNT to talk to Willie about a recent rash of animal slayings. Willie took him into the back parlor and showed him a video tape of various occult rituals taking place in the woods.
- Tooth & Nail Tavern
- The Tooth & Nail Tavern was one of several such country & western style bars located in the town of Woodhaven. Its popularity always increased during the annual Drink & Shoot festival. Jessica worked here as a bartender while maintaining her youthful appearance. Lou Garou was a frequent customer at the tavern. Members of the Piggies gang were also known to congregate at the Tooth & Nail. One afternoon, mayoral prospect Terry Wallace came into the bar promoting his campaign to oust the current mayor, Bradley.
- Woodhaven Sheriff's Office
- The Woodhaven Sheriff's Office was a municipal complex located in the town of Woodhaven in Saskatchewan, Canada. It was led by an unnamed sheriff and was staffed with two deputies, Lou Garou and Tina Walsh. Whereas Tina Walsh was a Type-A over-achiever, Lou Garou was a washed up alcoholic. Of course, his outlook on law-enforcement changed after he was turned into a werewolf by a cult of shape-shifters and became WolfCop.
