Witches is an American comic book limited series of the supernatural fantasy genre. It was published by Marvel Comics and ran for four issues from August to September, 2004. The series was released on a bi-weekly basis. Witches was written by Brian Patrick Walsh and was illustrated by Mike Deodato, Jr. and Will Conrad. Deodato also composed the cover art illustrations to this series. It was colored by Cream Animation & Michael Kelleher with lettering by Dave Sharpe. The series was edited by John Miesegaes.
The main characters from this title are previously established Marvel characters, each one with unique supernatural gifts. This includes the demoness Satana, the psychic known as Topaz, and the inheritor of mystical forces, Jennifer Kale.
When a dangerous demon gets set free by Jennifer Kale's brother, Doctor Strange puts together a team of Witches to deal with the case. Jennifer Kale, Doctor Strange's pupil, Topaz, and the newly resurrected Satana form a team that is put to the task of putting the ancient evil back in Limbo.
