"The Brood" is the title to the second issue of the Witches comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Brian Walsh with artwork and inking by Mike Deodato, Jr., who also rendered the cover art illustration for this issue. The story was colored by Michael Kelleher and lettered by Dave Sharpe. It was edited by John Miesegaes. This issue shipped with an August, 2004 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.99 per copy (US).
Doctor Strange, Earth's Sorcerer Supreme, recruits three young witches, Jennifer Kale, Topaz and Satana, to find the mysterious Tome of Zhered-Na, which threatens to destroy the entire world!
