"Witchblade" is the untitled second issue of the first Witchblade ongoing comic book series published by Image Comics. The story was written by David Wohl, & Brian Haberlin, and co-plotted by Michael Turner, who was also the penciler and cover artist to this issue. It was inked by D-Tron with Jose Guillen, Larry Welch & John DiRito and colored by Nathan Cabrera and JD Smith. Lettering was by Dennis Heisler. This issue shipped with a January, 1996 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.50 per copy (US).

- Witchblade was created by writer and artist Marc Silvestri as well as writers Brian Haberlin and David Wohl. She first appeared in the main story, as well as her own four-page back-up feature in the Cyblade/Shi: The Battle for Independents one-shot special, which was published by Image Comics under their Top Cow Productions imprint and Crusade Comics in August, 1995.
