Willoughby Kipling is a fictional mystic and a recurring character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He is associated with the Doom Patrol line of titles and first appeared in Doom Patrol, Volume 2 #31 in April, 1990. A version of the character also appeared in episodes of the Doom Patrol television series on the DC Universe streaming service and HBO Max where he was played by actor Mark Sheppard.
