William Cobb is a fictional costumed assassin featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He is part of DC's "New 52" era of publishing, which existed following the continuity reboot that occurred after the "Flashpoint" storyline in 2011. He was introduced in Batman, Volume 2 #2 in December, 2011.
