Willa Joanna Chance Holland is an American film and television actress born in Los Angeles, California on June 18th, 1991. Her first credited television acting working was on the Lisa Kudrow comedy series The Comeback where she played a girl named Kalla in the episode "Valerie Hangs With the Cool Kids" in 2005.
Willa's first regular work on a series came in 2006 when she was cast in the role of Kaitlin Cooper on the FOX Network drama series The O.C.. She was introduced midway through season three and continued to make supporting appearances until halfway through season four.
In 2008, Willa Holland played a character named Agnes Andrews on the drama series Gossip Girl. She was introduced in the season two episode, "Pret-a-Poor-J" and also appeared in "There Might Be Blood", "Bonfire of the Vanity" , "The Empire Strikes Jack" and "New York, I Love You XOXO".
Willa Holland joined the cast of the CW Network superhero fantasy series Arrow in 2012 as Thea "Speedy" Queen - younger sister to the show's main character, Oliver Queen.
