Wendell Rand K'ai is a fictional businessman featured in comic book titles published by Marvel Comics. He is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and first appeared in a flashback scene in Marvel Premiere #15 in May, 1974.

Wendell Rand-K'ai is a human who hails from the alternate realm of K'un-Lun. Rand is the husband of Heather Rand and father of Daniel Rand, who is better known as the costumed martial arts adventurer, Iron Fist. He was betrayed and murdered by his business partner Harold Meachum.
