Weird Woman is an American horror film of the supernatural thriller subgenre. Though not wholly a horror film in the strictest terms, it does contain elements of the supernatural, including the practices of witchcraft and voodoo. It was directed by Reginald Le Borg and written by Fritz Leiber, Jr. based on Lieber's 1943 novel Conjure Wife. It was adapted for the screen by W. Scott Darling with a screenplay written by Brenda Weisberg. It released theatrically in the United States on March 1st, 1944. The film stars Lon Chaney, Jr. as Professor Norman Reed, Anne Gwynne as Paula Clayton Reed and Evelyn Ankers as Illona Carr. Other actors in the movie include Ralph Morgan, Elisabeth Risdon, Lois Collier, Harry Hayden and Elizabeth Russell.

Weird Woman has been remade two times. It was remade in 1962 by Sidney Hayers under the title Burn, Witch, Burn! and it was made again as a horror spoof in 1980 by Richard Shorr and Herbert L. Strock under the title Witches' Brew.
Weird Woman is the second film produced under the "Inner Sanctum Mysteries" banner. It follows Calling Dr. Death in 1943 and is succeeded by Dead Man's Eyes in 1944.
Weird Woman was featured in the "Weird Woman" episode of Son of Svengoolie in 1980.
Weird Woman was released on home video in VHS format in 1997 by MCA/Universal Home Video. It was paired with The Frozen Ghost as part of the Universal Horror Classics Inner Sanctum collection.
