Weeping Angels are type of extraterrestrial monster featured in the Doctor Who multimedia franchise. They were introduced in the 2005 Doctor Who revival series and first appeared as a foe of the Tenth Doctor, played by actor David Tennant. They were introduced in the tenth episode of season three, which was titled, "Blink".
Description[]
Weeping Angels are monstrous aliens that take the form of statues. If one is looking directly at them, the cannot move. But as soon as one's perceptions are averted, they lean in for the kill.
Biology[]
Weeping Angels take the form of stone golems. Their physical consistency may alter, depending upon the type of statue they are appearing as. They are highly durable, but can still take damage.

They're monsters. They have no culture.
