Description[]
The Weather Wand was a device that could manipulate patterns of weather. It was invented by a scientist on a remote island. Escaped criminal Mark Mardon discovered the island and stole the wand. Using it's weather-changing properties for personal gain, he donned a green mask and costume and dubbed himself the Weather Wizard. As the Weather Wizard, Mark Mardon secured himself as a perpetual pain the Flash's backside for many years to come.
The Weather Wand could summon and control intense weather systems including rain, snow and tornados. It could also generate thermal updrafts, which allowed the Weather Wizard to fly.
