"Look, you're gonna run into things in this job. Gandhi's sandals will calm you down so much that your heart will stop beating. There's a badminton racket that belonged to Charles Dickens. Makes you think you're an orphan. I put on Abe Lincoln's hat once and had an uncontrollable urge to free Mrs. Frederic. Don't think that didn't get me into trouble."

It was directed by Stephen Surjik and written by Jack Kenny. It first aired on Syfy on Monday, July 11th, 2011. In this episode, Pete, Claudia and Artie go to Jersey City, New Jersey to secure an artifact where they encounter ATF agent Steve Jinks - a man gifted with the ability to instantly know whenever somebody is lying. Mrs. Frederic recruits Steve into the project and he becomes Pete's new partner. Pete has little interest in working with Jinks and has not gotten over the fact that Myka has left the team. A mission that involves the cursed folio of William Shakespeare forces Myka to reevaluate her choices and she finds herself once again helping out the project.
