- Reference is made to Carol Peletier's husband, Ed, in this issue. Ed was a salesman who committed suicide on the onset of the zombie outbreak. Ed Peletier actually appeared in The Walking Dead television series for three episodes in season one and one flashback sequence in season two. He was played by actor Adam Minarovich.
