"The Bridge" is the second episode of season nine of the zombie survival horror television series The Walking Dead, and the one-hundredth seventeeth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Daisy Mayer with a script written by David Leslie Johnson. It first aired on AMC on Sunday, October 14th, 2018 at 9:00 pm. Taking place a month after "A New Beginning", tensions flare between Daryl Dixon and Savior member Justin who is seen as a saboteur; Rick Grimes visits Negan to taunt him on how the communities are thriving during his incarceration.
