Waering Industries was founded by Armand Sebastian Waering, who was an administrator of the National Security Agency and a member of the Were-Nation. It was a Research and Development laboratory based out of Washington, D.C. and was known for cultivating numerous government contracts.
Wearing Industries maintained extensive files and dossiers on the members of Team 7 who were affected by the golden nanotech symbiote during a botched mission to Transylvania.
