"Mutant Romance Tales" is the title to the second issue of the second Vision and the Scarlet Witch comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. - The Vision was created by writer Roy Thomas and artists John Buscema, Marie Severin and George Klein. He first appeared in Avengers, Volume 1 #57 in October, 1968 in a story titled "Behold... the Vision!"
- The Scarlet Witch was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. She first appeared in The X-Men #4 in March, 1964 in a story called "The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants!".
- This issue is reprinted in the Avengers: Vision and the Scarlet Witch: A Year in the Life trade paperback collection, which was published in June, 2010.
- This is the first appearance of Glynis and Ilya Zarkov, who are stage magicians that go by the professional names of Glamor & Illusion.
- In the "Don't Touch That Dial" episode of the Disney+ series WandaVision, Wanda and the Vision put on a talent show where they perform magic under the stage names of Glamor & Illusion, which is a nod to the characters introduced in this issue.
