- The Vision was created by writer Roy Thomas and artists John Buscema, Marie Severin and George Klein. He first appeared in Avengers, Volume 1 #57 in October, 1968 in a story titled "Behold... the Vision!"
- The Scarlet Witch was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. She first appeared in The X-Men #4 in March, 1964 in a story called "The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants!".
- This issue is reprinted in the Avengers: Vision and the Scarlet Witch: A Year in the Life trade paperback collection, which was published in June, 2010.
