"Trick or Treat!" is the first issue of the first Vision and the Scarlet Witch comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. - The Vision was created by writer Roy Thomas and artists John Buscema, Marie Severin and George Klein. He first appeared in Avengers, Volume 1 #57 in October, 1968 in a story titled "Behold... the Vision!"
- The Scarlet Witch was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. She first appeared in The X-Men #4 in March, 1964 in a story called "The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants!".
- This issue is reprinted in the Avengers: Vision and the Scarlet Witch trade paperback collection, which was released to retailers in August, 2005.
- One of the trick-or-treaters is wearing a Spider-Man costume for Halloween.
- Wanda Maximoff received the Druid tome as a gift from Steve Rogers. Steve recovered the tome at Greymoor Castle in England after defeating The Druid in Captain America #256.
