Biography[]
Viktor Kruglov was a crime boss of seemingly Slavic descent. He operated out of a large mansion in New Orleans, Louisiana, and had a daughter named Ellie from a previous marriage. Some years ago, Viktor married a grifter and thief named Tulip O'Hare. Tulip was unsettled by Viktor's lifestyle and abandoned him. This hurt Viktor deeply, but also made him vengeful. The entire Kruglov household soured towards Tulip and her decision to leave.
Years later, Tulip came back into Viktor's life. He had her brought to his mansion, where she was interrogated at length. It became clear that Viktor was not going to let her leave a second time. Tulip's boyfriend, Jesse Custer, learned about her previous marriage and confronted Kruglog in his home. He interrogated and tortured Viktor, and left him bound to a chair.
Viktor died when the Saint of Killers raided the mansion in search of Custer. The Saint shot his way through anything and anyone in his path, and Viktor went down in a hail of bullets.
