Biography[]
Victoria von Frankenstein was the great granddaughter of Victor Frankenstein - the Swiss scientist responsible for reanimating dead tissue and creating the so-called Frankenstein Monster. Victoria had used a process developed by her infamous relative that regressed the aging process, making her appear much younger than she actually was. Residing in the family residence at Castle Frankenstein, she became the maternal caretaker of a group of disfigured dwarfish beings which she dubbed the "Children of the Damned". She encountered he ancestor's creation when he returned to the land of his roots and fought against the Children of the Damned. The Frankenstein Monster resided with Victoria for some time. [4]
Victoria Frankenstein took in a disfigured man named Bram Velsing, who was forced to where an iron mask to cover up his face. Velsing betrayed Frankenstein's hospitality by turning against her. He took Victoria hostage and forced the Frankenstein Monster and the Children of the Damned to become his servants. It was at this point that Bram Velsing rebranded himself as the Dreadknight. The Frankenstein Monster discovered American industrialist Tony Stark, who had been shot down over Yugoslavia. Tony Stark was also the armored super-hero known as Iron Man and he aided the monster in freeing Victoria and fighting the Dreaknight. [5]
