Biography[]
Victoria Sinclair was a business owner and con-artist who operated a casino in Metropolis called Roulette. One of her marks was a man named Oliver Queen, who as of late, had been acting erratically, throwing caution to the wind. Victoria drugged Oliver during a game of chance, and when he came to, she convinced him that she was being manipulated by some secret benefactor.
Victoria faked her own death, and arranged for Oliver Queen to be framed for her murder. Through the course of events, Victoria sought to coerce Queen into revealing a password into his bank account and then stole his money.
Lois Lane, who had been a former lover of Queen's, encountered Victoria and got into a fight with her. Sinclair proved triumphant and dressed Lois to look like her, hoping that a revenge-driven Queen might kill Lois after mistaking her Victoria.
This tactic failed, and Queen pursued her. An explosion at the casino left Victoria trapped in some rubble. Despite his feelings for her, Oliver was not about to let Victoria die if he could save her. He rescued her from the rubble, only to find that this too was just a staged effect. Victoria confessed that she did this in order to get Queen to rethink his life. [1]
Victoria Sinclair remained at large and later became a member of Marionette Ventures, which was a mercenary outfit run by Winslow Schott. Each member of the group was assigned a different hero in Metropolis to target and terminate. Victoria was tasked with taking out Chloe Sullivan, but this ultimately failed. [2]
