Victor Northrup is a fictional police detective and a recurring minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in Werewolf by Night #22 in October, 1974.
Biography[]
Victor Northrup was a Caucasian male with short dark hair and a mustache. He was a detective for the Los Angeles Police Department and held the rank of lieutenant. Northrup was known as the "head honcho" of the LAPD's Homicide division and actively pursued the actions of Jack Russell, who was a werewolf. Once, when uniformed officers managed to subdue the werewolf, Northrup found himself caught up in the same net they used to capture him.
