Wakandan military General Jakarra deliberately exposed himself to Vibranium radiation, believing that it would enable him to claim what he believed to be his birthright - leadership of Wakanda. As is often the case, the radiation had unexpected results and transformed Jakarra into a hulking inhuman creature. [1]
