Aliens[]
Lean, mean, and always ready to rock, Jenette Vasquez was the epitome of the gung-ho futuristic grunt. Powerfully built and harboring a short fuse, this Latino woman was a member of the United States Colonial Marines during the late 22nd century. The only thing she liked more than big guns was her big attitude.
Supergirl[]
Vasquez, first name unknown, is a member of the Department of Extranormal Operations (DEO) and works under director Hank Henshaw. She seldom goes out on field operations and usually stays within the command center outside National City. Henshaw often calls upon her for routine duties. When the D.E.O. was trying to track renegade alien Vartox, Agent Vasquez was able to get a bead on his location by tracing the unique nuclear signature of his hi-tech battle axe. (Supergirl: Pilot) When Henshaw was being interrogated by the military after it was revealed that he was in fact an alien, Supergirl asked Vasquez to help her listen in on the conversation (a scrambler was blocking her super-hearing at the time). Vasquez stoically replied that she would uphold the protocols of the investigation no matter how much it might cause discomfort to others. She then left her station, but deliberately left behind her ear piece so that Kara could avail herself of it.
