Vance is a fictional government agent and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in Devil's Reign #1 in February, 2022.
Biography[]
Vance was an agent of the Department of Homeland Security. Working in conjunction with the Thunderbolts, Agent Vance delivered a warrant to Reed and Susan Richards of the Baxter Building to seize all technological items deemed of interest. [1]
