Vampirella, Volume 4 is the fourth ongoing comic book series to feature the alien vampire beauty known as Vampirella. It is the first of such titles licensed through Dynamite Entertainment and began publication in November, 2010.

- Vampirella was created by writer Forrest J. Ackerman and artist Tom Sutton. Famed comic artist Frank Frazetta was the first artist to depict Vampirella with his cover illustration for Vampirella #1, which was published by Warren Publishing in September, 1969.
- This is the fourth series to carry the title Vampirella. It is first series published by Dynamite Entertainment.
- A second ongoing series, Vampirella and the Scarlet Legion, began publication in 2011. That series chronologically takes place prior to the regular series.
- Vampirella: Crown of Thorns collects the first seven issues of the series.
