"Forgotten Kingdom" is the title to the first story featured in issue #4 of the Vampirella ongoing illustrated magazine series published by Warren Publishing. It was written by Bill Parente with artwork and inks by David Sinclair. The second story is "Closer Than Sisters" and is by writer Nicola Cuti and artist Mike Royer. The third tale is called "Moonshine!" by Don Glut and William Barry. The fourth feature is "For the Love of Frankenstein" by Bill Warren and Jack Sparling. This is followed by "Come Into My Parlor!" by R. Michael Rosen and Dick Piscopo. The sixth and final vignette is "Run for Your Wife" written by Jack Erman based on a story by Richard Carnell. It is illustrated by Jack Sparling. The cover art illustration for this was book was rendered by Jeff Jones and Vaughn Bodé. All stories were edited by Bill Parente. This issue shipped with an April, 1970 cover date and carries a cover price of .50 cents per copy.
