Vampire drones are a fictional item featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They are associated with the Batman line of titles and first appeared in Batman & the Joker: Deadly Duo #1 in January, 2023.
Vampire drones are flying devices that implement four propeller devices and can be operated remotely. Vampire drones use a standard issue police taser discharge between three to five milliamps. Each individual drone can generate up to to ten milliamps. The drones are also equipped with x-ray, near-infrared, spectroscopy, and ultra-sound scanning technology to detect traces of explosive, chemical or biological threats.
