Since then, this outcast team of mutant misadventurers have appeared in numerous comic book titles that have since been adapted into several cartoon programs, feature films, and video games; not to mention copious amounts of merchandising ranging from toys to apparel.
  • This series takes place in the Ultimate Marvel continuity, which is designated as reality Earth-1610.
  • With this issue, the cover price drops from $2.99 per copy to $2.25 per copy.
  • One of the attention signs J.F.K. International Airport is for writer Mark Millar.
  • One of the Weapon X Program soldiers is named Thibert after inker Art Thibert.
  • Wolverine goes by the alias of "John Doe" in this issue.
  • The Colonel shouts about Wolverine breaking Liebowitz' neck, when in truth, he was decapitated when the truck crashed.
