The Twilight Zone is an American science fiction anthology series and a relaunch of the original classic 1950s-60sTwilight Zone TV series created by Rod Serling. The revival series was produced by MGM Worldwide Television Productions and Atlantis Films and aired on CBS for three seasons from 1985 to 1989, totalling 66 episodes. Seasons 1 and 2 ran 60 minutes per episode with two vignettes featured in each episode. Season 3 trimmed the running time down to 30 minutes per episode and consisted of single-story episodes. Charles Aidman provided the opening narration for the first half of the series while Robin War provided the opening narration for the second half of the show.
