- Third episode of the series directed by Perry Lafferty. He previously directed "In His Image" and "The Thirty-Fathom Grave". This is Lafferty's final work in the sci-fi genre.
- Actress Natalie Trundy will go on to marry 20th Century Fox film producer Arthur P. Jacobs and appear in several of his Planet of the Apes films.
- Second science fiction appearance for actor James Doohan. He will go on to become a pop culture icon in the role of engineer Montgomery "Scotty" Scott in the Star Trek television and film franchise. He previously appeared in the "Plague from Space" episode of Tales of Tomorrow.
