Tracy Warner is a fictional reporter and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is associated with the Hulk line of comics and first appeared in Incredible Hulk #235 in May, 1979 in a story called "The Monster and the Machine".
Biography[]
Tracy Warner was a reporter. She was covering the senate hearing to govern whether or not the artificial intelligence known as X-51, aka Machine Man, should receive the benefit of the same civil rights as a living human being. She told Peter Spaulding and Colonel Kragg that the trial was being sped up due to the untimely death of Senator Eugene Stivak.
