The Toxic Avenger Part II is an American independent feature film of the super-hero fantasy and comedy genres with an emphasis on "gross-out" exploitation. It was directed by Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman with a screenplay written by Kaufman and Gay Partington Terry.
