"The Culex Experiment (Part 1)" is the first episode of series two of the British sci-fi/adventure series The Tomorrow People and the sixth episode of the programme overall. It was directed by Viviane Albertine and Alan Horrox with a screenplay written by Lee Pressman and Grant Cathro. The episode aired on ITV on Tuesday January 4th, 1994.
Plot[]
Kevin Weston witnesses an abduction only to be stung by a deadly new variety of mosquito. The Tomorrow People must prevent the world from being held ransom by the insane Doctor Culex, and prevent a dangerous new technology from falling into the wrong hands.
