Tommy was a young boy from Los Angeles, California. His mother worked as a nurse. One of his favorite television shows was the "edu-tainment" program Smile Time, which taught various lessons to children through the use of puppets. Unfortunately for Tommy, the puppets featured on "Smile Time" were actually demons. Through the use of subliminal messaging, they would coax child viewers into touching the screen, at which point they would steal their souls. Tommy was one such victim, but had his soul restored after members of Team Angel defeated the "Smile Time" demons. (Angel: Smile Time)

Tommy was a teenage boy who lived in Hackensack, New Jersey. In 2022, he began dating Lexy Cross. For Halloween, Tommy dressed up as Dracula and visited Lexy's home at 3083 Fairborn. As the two began getting romantic with one another in Lexy's bedroom, two police officers showed up at the house in response to a call. Lexy was upset, and Tommy felt uncomfortable. Once he was given cause to leave, he quickly departed the premises. (Chucky: Halloween II)
