"--In Death Do We Join!" is the twenty-second issue of the first Tomb of Dracula ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. It was written by Marv Wolfman with artwork by Gene Colan and inks by Tom Palmer. It was colored by Linda Lessmann with lettering by John Costanza. The story was edited by Roy Thomas. This issue shipped with a July, 1974 cover date and carries a cover price of .25 cents per copy.

Notes & Trivia

Dracula was created by Irish author Bram Stoker. He is the titular antagonist of Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula, which was inspired by an actual Wallachian nobleman known as Vlad II, aka Vlad the Impaler. This issue carries the approval stamp of the Comics Code Authority. According to Comic Reader #105, this issue shipped to retailers on April 2nd, 1974. The tagline to this issue is "Gorna -- Lord of the Living Lightning!" This issue is reprinted in the Tomb of Dracula Omnibus, Volume 1 hardcover collection and in black and white in the Essential Tomb of Dracula, Volume 1 trade paperback collection. This issue is also reprinted in full color in the Tomb of Dracula: The Complete Collection, Volume 2 from October, 2018 and in the Marvel Masterworks: The Tomb of Dracula, Volume 2 hardcover collection published in November, 2022. This issue includes Marvel Value Stamp #27, the Black Widow. Events chronicled in this story take place in between events presented in Giant-Size Chillers featuring Dracula #1.
