Biography[]
Tobias Vaughn was your typical 1960s British villain. An ambitious and eager businessman, he used his resources as managing director of International Electromatics to cut a deal with the alien conquerors known as the Cybermen. He helped them to strategize a planned invasion of Earth in exchange for power. What a dick.
Vaughn's plan backfired however, as the Cybermen turned on him. Back-peddling like a little wuss, he struck an alliance with the Second Doctor in order to combat them. The Cybermen were ultimately driven away, but not before one of them shot Vaughn to death on a rooftop.
