Overview[]
The Time Bureau is an authoritative body designed to correct anachronisms that erupt in the timestream. After the "Legends" engaged in a dangerous gambit that resulted in the breaking of time, former team leader Rip Hunter spent the next five years putting together the Time Bureau in order to clean up the mess that the Legends created. Hunter was the director of the Bureau itself, but had several administrators including Ava Sharpe and Wilbur Bennett. Common agents included Gary Green, who often found himself at odds with the Legends. The team's old ship, The Waverider was re-purposed as a cadet training simulator. However, after the Legends learned about the existence of the Time Bureau, Sara Lance and her colleagues stole the Waverider so they could correct their own mistakes.
