Biography[]
Tim Andrews was an adult male adorned in the fashion of a modern day cowboy, who had been hitchhiking across Montana. When he saw a pink-haired woman zipping past him on a motorcycle he thought that today would be his lucky day.
Unfortunately for Tim, the woman who picked him up was the cybernetic psychopath known as Steel Vengeance. She took Tim back to a manor house, where she kept him bound to a chair. She tortured him and ultimately killed him with her hand-blades as a means of expressing herself through "art". [2]
