History[]
When Wilson Fisk enacted the Powers Act in New York City, he sent a Thunderbolts team to enforce the act, targeting specific members of the super-heroic community. A team consisting of Rhino, Agony, Electro and U.S. Agent fought against Moon Knight. They then attacked a group of heroes consisting of Captain America, Daredevil, Elektra Natchios, Spider-Man (Ben Reilly) and Spider-Man (Miles Morales), forcing them to retreat into the sewers. [1]
Thunderbolt Units[]
Thunderbolt Units were a special detachment of the government sponsored superhuman enforcement team, the Thunderbolts. They were an armored response unit tasked with enforcing the Powers Act, which prevents the unlawful use of super-powers. Mayor Wilson Fisk of New York City, deployed Thunderbolt Units to arrest targeted members of the super-hero community such as Moon Knight, Captain America, Luke Cage, Spider-Man (Miles Morale), and of course Daredevil.
