Thundera is a fictional planet featured in the ThunderCats multimedia franchise. It was first seen in the multi-part pilot episode of the original ThunderCats animated series in 1985 and has also been seen in flashbacks throughout the series.
Thundera is the home world of the Thunderans, the most dominant species of which possess feline physical characteristics. Thundera was destroyed when the ThunderCat, Jaga, cast the Sword of Plun-Darr into the planet's core, resulting in a chain reaction, which destroyed the planet.
