Thomas Richards is a fictional serial killer and a recurring antagonist featured in The Walking Dead comic book series published by Image Comics. He was introduced in issue #13 of the series, which is the first chapter in the "Safety Behind Bars" storyline. He made seven appearances in the series in total.

- Thomas Richards is exclusive to the continuity of The Walking Dead comic book series by Image Comics. The character has no counterpart in The Walking Dead television series on AMC.
- Final fate: Shot multiple times by Maggie Greene and left to be mauled by walkers. Head shot prevents reanimation. Corpse hauled away and dropped on a pile in the prison yard.
- Robert Kirkman revealed that he originally planned to have Thomas stab Lori Grimes in the stomach, killing her and the baby.
