The Thing from Another World is an American comic book limited series of the science fiction and horror genres. It was published by Dark Horse Comics and ran for two issues from December, 1991 to January, 1992. The series is a continuation of The Thing from Another World feature film, directed by Christian Nyby and Howard Hawks and released by RKO Radio Pictures in 1951. The series was written by Chuck Pfarrer with painted illustrations by John Higgins. It was lettered by Richard Starkings and edited by Randy Stradley.

- The Thing, and all related concepts are based on ideas originally presented by author John W. Campbell in the short story "Who Goes There", which was first published in the August, 1938 edition of Astounding Science Fiction magazine. The idea was expanded upon by directors Christian Nyby & Howard Hawks for the 1951 film The Thing from Another World and again by director John Carpenter in his 1982 horror remake, titled The Thing.
