The premise of the show involves two F.B.I. agents named Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, who investigate cases of the paranormal, while also becoming drawn into various webs of government intrigue and conspiracies concerning matters of alien abductions, scientific experimentation and manipulation of the truth.
