"Babylon" is the fifth episode of season ten of the paranormal mystery series The X-Files and the 205th episode of the series overall. It was written and directed by series creator Chris Carter. The episode first aired on the FOX Network on Monday, February 15th, 2016 at 9:00 pm. In this episode, Fox Mulder and Dana Scully team up with two junior F.B.I. agents to investigate the mystery behind a wounded terrorist who is now in a coma. Mulder imbibes "magic mushrooms" in the hopes of learning more through an existential journey.
